A buttery Brie style cheese from just across the hills from The Cheesehouse, in Shelley, Hudderfield made from Meuse-Rhine-Issel cow's milk


These Camembert sized cheeses are great as the centrepiece of a cheeseboard or baked for a luxurious evening in with a crusty loaf!


A cheese weighs 200-250g

    Pasteurised Meuse-Rhine-Issel cow's milk

  • Our suggestion

    Unwrap your Barncliffe Brie and place it in a small ovenproof bowl. Slash the top a couple of times and pop a cracked clove of garlic and spring of rosemary in. A splosh of white wine. 15-20 mins in a low oven. Crusty white bread
