Barncliffe Blue

A buttery blue from just across the hills from The Cheesehouse, in Shelley, Hudderfield made from Meuse-Rhine-Issel cow's milk


This blue takes a age to ripen, but it's so worth the wait - it is superbly buttery with a well balanced blue bite
