A traditional raw milk Cheshire cheese bound in calico made in North Shropshire, geographically part of the Cheshire Plain. The white version of Appleby's excellent Cheshire cheese is made with vegetarian rennet, however the coloured (red) Cheshire is a traditional rennet version
