An Epoisses style cheese washed in Marc de Bourgoine brandy, developed in 1950 by cheesemaker Raymond Gaugry. Created with the winemakers of Gevrey-Chambertin in mind to accompany their wines, for which it proved to be the perfect partner - try it!
