St Elizabeth

St Elizabeth is the flagship cheese of Raven Tree Cheese, based near Cartmel in the Lake District

 

Inspired by Italian classic washed rind cheese Taleggio, St Elizabeth has a rich savoury rind and nutty paste. It is a excitingly variable cheese - from soft, fatty and umptious to firm, nutty and complex. We're currently favouring the firm ones, but that's subject to change!
