Comté Extra Vieux is matured for around 14 months, think classic milky notes with a rounded tomato soup savoury quality. An excellent Gruyère for the kitchen and a mellow addition to your cheeseboard


Comté Prestige is aged for a minimum of 36 months, becoming richer and spicier with age, the rough rind, pitted b the activity of cheese mites, adds to the complexity of the flavour profile. This well aged example has a superb flavour with develops and changes on the palate for many minutes, a truly incredible cheese
