Brica Féda

A smooth & creamy ash rinded sheep’s milk cheese made in the rocky territory of the Causse Méjean, aromatic moutain plants, grass and herbs are the main sources of the ewes diet, providing their milk with a rich herbal taste. Brica féda is handmade by a single producer. Its shape is influenced by 'les lauzes', the flat stones used for roofing the Occitane houses
